My name is Kushal and I have a total of 4.5 years of experience in the education development sector. My primary interest is Social Emotional Learning to improve educational outcomes for primary and middle school children.

I have completed a one-year fellowship with the Azim Premji foundation where I was involved in teaching in a Primary school classroom. The experience has helped me to understand the challenges of the public education system.

I also have worked in an IT firm for 5 years, an experience that has helped me to build structural thinking and to improve my communication skills.​

During my childhood, I was a quiet child in class. But the confidence I gained from sports helped him to transform to be a better person academically, socially and emotionally. I started Monkey sports with the vision to empower children through sports.
