Rita's Story

Rita is a tribal girl who studies in the 7th grade. Rita did not like her school and wanted to leave and go back to her village. Her mother and teachers were worried because it was common in her village for girls to get married by the age of 15.

However, after attending Monkey Sports sessions, Rita started to like her school.  Rita tells that “I did not play in the school playground before. However, the Monkey Sports session has helped her to play regularly and become more confident. Now, she plays and interacts with boys also
